Punch Presses

We're proud to be one of the few companies that offer a full range of services to produce an endless array of washers, fasteners and stampings. With punch presses ranging from 1 to 500 tons, we can manufacture any washer, fastener or metal stamping. For example our 500 ton press has blanking capacity of 12" diameter x 1/2" thick or 25" diameter x 1/4" thick steel and a substantial deep draw capacity.


	Our stamping / press department is made complete by utilizing coil handling equipment, press brakes and shears. This allows us the versatility to handle any production run efficiently.


	Strict adherence to quality control is required throughout the manufacturing process. MW uses fully traceable, high quality materials. Among the common materials used are hastelloy, monel-nickel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, carbon steel, lead, silver, nylon, plastics and other nonmetallic materials. Mill test reports are available upon request.
